We are hiring an experienced and customer-focused F&B Captain to manage daily restaurant operations, supervise service staff, and ensure excellent guest service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise food & beverage service operations.
- Manage and guide service staff.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service.
- Handle guest complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
- Maintain hygiene and service standards
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of F&B/service experience.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Professional and customer-friendly attitude.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
