THE ROLE

We're hiring a Procurement Executive who doesn't just process orders — they protect our standard.
Every part we sell carries our name. Your job is to make sure that name means something.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
───────────────────────────
- Sourcing and vetting suppliers across international markets (Thailand, Japan, Italy, USA, China)
- End-to-end purchase orders — negotiation, documentation, import logistics
- Authenticity and quality checks before anything ships
- Building long-term supplier relationships, not just one-time transactions
- Customs coordination and cross-border vendor communication
- Maintaining clean procurement records in Google Sheets / ERP systems

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2–4 years in procurement, sourcing, or import/export
- Automotive parts or international trade experience = strong advantage
- Fluent in Hindi, Malayalam, and/or English
- Confident negotiator who also builds trust
- Comfortable using AI tools and Google Sheets daily
- High accountability mindset — you treat company money like your own
- Honest, detail-oriented, and doesn't disappear when things get difficult
