Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and timely communication.
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, video calls, and other digital channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product to align outreach efforts with business goals.
- Manage a portfolio of international clients, ensuring that communication is effective and objectives are met.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients across various cultural backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude and a focus on delivering high-quality results and client satisfaction.
