About Us
Ashoka Solar Tech is a growing solar solutions company specializing in solar panels, inverters, BOS components, solar lighting products, and renewable energy solutions. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence, generate leads, and support our expansion across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Create marketing campaigns to generate leads for solar products and services.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support dealer, distributor, and EPC partner acquisition.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, exhibitions, and local marketing events.
- Manage website content and SEO initiatives.
- Design and oversee marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, and advertisements.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
- Strong communication and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and basic SEO is preferred.
- Experience in solar, electrical, energy, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
