Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in the chemical industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling speciality chemicals.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and product offerings.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in chemical sales or related field.
- Strong knowledge of paint binders,coating, pigments, resin, and other speciality chemicals used in various industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
