EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (EA) TO MANAGING DIRECTOR

Job Summary
We are looking for a mature, responsible, proactive and hardworking Executive Assistant to the Managing Director who can directly support the MD in day-to-day work and ensure that all tasks assigned by him are completed properly and on time.
The candidate must be comfortable working under pressure, handling multiple responsibilities and taking instructions directly from the MD. Strong follow-up, coordination and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly assist the MD in his day-to-day official work and assignments.
- Handle and coordinate all tasks given by the MD with complete responsibility.
- Follow up with different departments, staff, vendors and other concerned persons as instructed by the MD.
- Maintain daily task lists, reminders, follow-ups and status updates for the MD.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules and important activities.
- Prepare basic reports, Excel sheets, documents, presentations and correspondence as required.
- Maintain proper records and confidential documents.
- Handle calls, emails and official communication when required.
- Coordinate with office and plant teams for information and execution of MD's instructions.
- Assist the MD during meetings and prepare follow-up points/MOMs where required.
- Manage travel arrangements and schedules for the MD.
- Willing to travel with the MD to our Rudrapur plant for 2–3 days whenever required.
- Be available for urgent and last-minute assignments and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding company and management matters.
- Perform any other work or responsibility assigned by the Managing Director.
Candidate Profile
- 4–5 years of relevant experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary or similar role.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email and basic office documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and task-management ability.
- Must be capable of handling work pressure and multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Mature, disciplined, dependable and professionally presentable.
- Should be proactive and capable of working with minimum supervision.
- Should be comfortable with frequent/occasional travel with the MD.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or corporate environment will be an advantage.
Important Requirement
This position requires a highly responsible person who can handle pressure, follow the MD's instructions carefully, maintain confidentiality and ensure that every assigned task is completed without repeated reminders.

Travel: Rudrapur Plant – 2–3 days whenever required
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
