Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor daily production plans to achieve production targets.
- Supervise shop-floor operations and optimize manpower utilization.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Purchase teams for seamless operations.
- Monitor material availability, WIP, and machine utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics, Mechanical, Production, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Experience in electronics or medical device manufacturing will be an added advantage.
