Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management support, and HR administration. The role requires a proactive individual who can help build a positive work culture while ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus placements, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with department heads.
- Coordinate hiring for Back Office, Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Technical, Installation, and Internship positions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate internship programs with colleges and universities.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, internship letters, and employment agreements.
- Conduct induction and orientation for new employees.
- Complete joining formalities and maintain employee records.
- Manage employee exit processes, full-and-final settlements, and exit interviews.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain daily attendance records through biometric or attendance software.
- Monitor employee leave balances and approvals.
- Coordinate attendance reports for payroll processing.
Payroll & HR Administration
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the accounts department.
- Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and digital records.
- Update HR policies and employee handbook.
- Ensure timely issuance of salary slips and HR-related documents.
Performance Management
- Assist in employee performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee probation and confirmation timelines.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Maintain employee performance records.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Address employee grievances and coordinate resolutions.
- Promote a healthy and productive workplace culture.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain statutory records and HR compliance documentation.
- Coordinate documentation related to labor laws, PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR reports covering:
- Recruitment status
- Employee strength
- Attendance
- Attrition
- Leave reports
- Performance updates
- Present HR analytics to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (Freshers with excellent communication and HR internship experience may also apply).
