Job Summary:
The Team Leader is responsible for handling a team and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role includes managing team performance, achieving targets, and maintaining quality and discipline in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team to achieve daily targets.
- Allocate work and monitor team performance.
- Ensure productivity, quality, and accuracy of tasks.
- Train and guide new employees.
- Maintain attendance, discipline, and team coordination.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management.
- Identify issues and resolve them quickly.
- Ensure safety guidelines and company policies are followed.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team handling skills.
- Good communication and coordination ability.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / reporting).
- Ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per year
