As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. The role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient solutions. The engineer continuously explores and applies emerging technologies to address complex business challenges, maintaining a focus on cloud-first strategies and agile methodologies to enhance client service offerings and system performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Glue.
- Strong experience in developing scalable web applications using Java technologies.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries to create responsive user interfaces.
- Knowledge of cloud computing principles and experience working with cloud-based services.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate backend services.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
