Job Description – Head Field Sales
Head office - Vashi, Navi mumbai.
Pan India Operations – Based at Head Office with extensive travel across India.
Job Summary
The Head – B2B Field Sales will be responsible for driving Pan India business development and institutional sales for the company’s Herbal, Ayurveda, Nutraceutical, and Wellness product portfolio. The role focuses on generating B2B business opportunities, developing corporate and institutional client relationships, expanding market presence, and leading the national field sales team.

Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute Pan India B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in Herbal, Ayurveda, Nutraceutical, and wellness sectors.
- Build long-term business relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Key Account Management
- Handle major B2B Clients accounts across India.
- Conduct business meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with clients.
- Ensure timely closure of inquiries, proposals, and business contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of customer requirements.
Field Sales Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the Pan India field sales team.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and market activities.
- Conduct regular reviews, training, and field support for team members.
Market Expansion & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Identify new regions, industries, and market segments for expansion.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, B2B events, and networking activities to generate leads.
Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with in-house sales team, production, quality, dispatch, and accounts departments for order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups from clients.
- Maintain CRM records, sales MIS, forecasts, and business reports.
Compliance & Process Management
- Ensure adherence to company policies, commercial terms, and ethical business practices.
- Maintain proper documentation for contracts, agreements, and customer communications.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and business development abilities.
- Strong knowledge of Herbal, Ayurveda, Nutraceutical, FMCG, or Pharma industry.
- Expertise in institutional sales, OEM sales, and private labeling business.
- Leadership, team & time management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across India.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Ayurveda, or related field.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in B2B field sales.
- Minimum 5 years in leadership or national sales management role.
- Experience in Herbal, Ayurveda, Nutraceutical, FMCG, Pharma, or manufacturing industry preferred.
