Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end Payroll Processing
- Ensuring compliance with Labour Laws and statutory regulations
- Handling ESIC & PF Compliance activities
- Managing BOCW (Building and Other Construction Workers) Compliance
- Processing statutory registrations and renewals, including:
- Shops & Establishment Registration
- Factory License
- Other applicable labor and statutory compliances
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Managing HR operations, employee engagement, and grievance handling
- Coordinating with government authorities and consultants for compliance matters
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and HR Compliance
- Experience in Payroll Management
- Hands-on knowledge of PF, ESIC, BOCW, Factory Act, and Shops & Establishment Act
- Good communication and employee management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
