Key Responsibility
▸ Lead the entire IE function and drive factory-wide productivity strategy
▸ Set efficiency benchmarks, manpower norms, and capacity planning frameworks
▸ Oversee line balancing, workflow design, and factory layout optimization
▸ Guide and mentor the IE team on best practices and continuous improvement
▸ Partner with senior management on cost reduction and operational planning
▸ Ensure accurate MIS reporting and performance tracking across the shop floor
▸ Own hiring, development, and performance management of the IE team
▸ Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization
▸ Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machinery
▸ Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, PPC, Quality & HR teams
▸ Support factory layout improvements for better material and manpower flow
▸ Maintain accurate production, capacity, and efficiency data

▸ Improve line efficiency and overall productivity
▸ Achieve planned production targets consistently
▸ Optimize manpower and capacity utilization
▸ Reduce production losses, idle time, and bottlenecks
▸ Support and execute cost reduction initiatives
▸ Maintain data integrity across all production and efficiency records
QUALIFICATIONS
▸ B.E. / Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
▸ MBA in Operations / Manufacturing (preferred for Manager level)
▸ Prior experience in Home Furnishing, Textile, Garment, or Manufacturing Industry preferred
