Role:
Plan and control garment production from fabric stock to finished goods across in-house and external units. Ensure smooth flow and on-time fulfilment.
Responsibilities:
▶Production Planning
* Plan daily production based on fabric stock and orders
* Issue cutting plans
▶Job Allocation
* Allocate work to in-house units and job work vendors
* Balance load to avoid delays
▶ Production Tracking
* Track cutting, stitching, finishing
* Ensure smooth flow
▶Vendor Coordination
* Follow up with job work units daily
* Ensure output and quality
▶ Inventory Coordination
* Check fabric before planning
* Avoid excess / shortage
* Track usage
▶ ERP & Data Discipline
* Use ERP for all planning
* No manual bypass
* Ensure real-time updates
▶ Bottleneck Handling
* Identify delays
* Take quick action
▶ Reporting
* Daily: planned vs actual
* Unit-wise output
* Pending orders
