Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Building Finishing Engineer to manage and supervise all finishing works, ensuring projects are completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all building finishing and fit-out activities.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Review finishing drawings and execution plans.
- Plan and monitor material requirements and procurement.
- Supervise flooring, ceiling, painting, partition, lighting, and interior works.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct inspections and prepare progress reports.

Required Skills
- Extensive knowledge of finishing materials and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
