enrollments and build meaningful engagements with students and parents.
Role Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving student admissions through direct
engagement with Class 12 science students and their parents. This role requires expertise in
high-ticket sales, offline engagement, and fee collection, ensuring a seamless end-to-end sales
process.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Outreach:
- Proactively engage with prospective students and parents through cold calling, campus
visits, and physical interactions.
- Manage a personal pipeline of 50+ monthly leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups and
engagement.
- Maintain a minimum of 120+ dials per day with at least 3 hours of talk time.
Student & Parent Engagement:
- Effectively communicate the technical and career benefits of our B.Tech AI/ML program.
- Address objections, build trust, and guide parents and students through the
decision-making process.
- Conduct in-person meetings, campus tours, and hostel visits to reinforce trust and
commitment.
Enrollment & Fee Collection:
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Manage and collect semester-wise fees, ensuring timely payments.
- Handle financial conversations with parents to streamline fee commitments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 1-5 years of B2C sales experience in the education sector, preferably selling
high-ticket courses (₹5L+).
- Sales Track Record: Proven success in selling to Class 12 science stream students,
preferably from offline centers (IIT JEE/NEET coaching or similar).
- Engagement Skills: Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills, with experience in
conducting parent-student interactions.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and the ability to explain
their career benefits.
- Fee Collection: Experience in handling semester-wise fee collection and financial
discussions with parents.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools for lead tracking and
reporting.
