Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and result-oriented Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, generate business opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client concerns.
Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Cross-sell and upsell company products and services.
Build a strong customer base through referrals and networking.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Present company products and services to prospective clients.
Conduct online and offline meetings with customers.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Negotiate and close deals effectively.
Customer Retention
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Ensure client retention through regular engagement and support.
Build trust and loyalty among clients.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Update CRM and customer databases regularly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Track sales performance and client feedback.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support teams.
Assist in implementing customer engagement strategies.
Participate in team meetings and training programs.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
