About the Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our content & performance marketing team, creating high-impact visual assets for performance ads, UI elements, posters, and marketing creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google: statics, carousels, banners, thumbnails
- Translate ad scripts/briefs into scroll-stopping visuals, iterate fast based on performance data (CTR, CPA feedback)
- Design UI components, icons, and micro-visuals for landing pages, app screens, and web assets
- Design posters and marketing creatives for campaigns, events, and promotional use
- Ensure clean, consistent, on-brand interface elements
- Maintain brand consistency across all design touchpoints
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to turn briefs into assets quickly
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years experience in graphic design, with strong focus on performance ad creatives and UI design
- Strong proficiency in Figma (UI design), Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Proven track record designing for Meta/Google ad specs: aspect ratios, sizing, file constraints
- Solid grasp of UI design principles: spacing, hierarchy, componentization
- Experience designing posters and marketing creatives: layout, typography, print/digital specs
- Comfortable iterating rapidly based on performance metrics, not just aesthetics
- Portfolio required, prioritize candidates who can show ad creative + UI work
Nice to Have
- Basic motion graphics (After Effects) for video ad thumbnails/GIFs
- D2C or health-tech background
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
