Position: HR Manager
Location: Near MM Fun City, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: Up to ₹75,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 15 Years
Age Preference: 35+ Years
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage the complete Human Resource function of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Recruitment, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Develop hiring strategies to attract quality talent.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Handle onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, and salary inputs.
- Manage salary revisions, incentives, and full & final settlements.
- Coordinate with finance for payroll-related activities.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws and HR regulations.
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain compliance records and documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities and auditors when required.
HR Operations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes from joining to exit.
- Handle performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Employee Relations
- Build a positive work culture.
- Conduct employee counseling and conflict resolution.
- Support employee retention initiatives.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing.
- Expertise in Labour Laws and Statutory Compliance.
- Hands-on experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Knowledge of HRMS and Payroll Software.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting.
Qualification
- MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) / Equivalent Qualification.
- Additional certifications in Labour Laws or Compliance will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience.
- Age 35 years and above.
- Experience in handling complete HR Generalist functions.
- Strong exposure to Recruitment, Payroll, and Compliance.
- Ability to independently manage the HR department.
