Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Representatives to promote our Molecular Hydrogen wellness products and services, generate leads, build customer relationships, and support business expansion activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in meeting customers, and passion for sales and wellness.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
- Promote and explain Molecular Hydrogen wellness products to customers
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, events, and digital platforms
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
- Build strong relationships with customers, wellness centers, gyms, clinics, and distributors
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer database
Marketing Responsibilities
- Support promotional campaigns and brand awareness activities
- Coordinate social media and local marketing activities
- Participate in exhibitions, wellness events, and promotional campaigns
- Collect customer feedback and market insights
- Assist in creating marketing content and promotional materials
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain professional communication with clients
- Provide after-sales support and customer guidance
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with management when required
RequirementsEducational Qualification
- PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Confidence in field marketing and customer interaction
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Experience
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in sales, marketing, wellness, healthcare, or direct selling is an added advantage
