- Lead and manage the customer support team to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor customer service performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate customer support staff.
- Coordinate with branch operations, collections, and accounts teams for smooth customer service.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer records and documentation.
- Develop and implement customer service standards and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
