Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle company social media accounts such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media content regularly.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative campaign ideas.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team for creatives and campaigns.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Support employer branding and recruitment-related social media activities.
Key Requirements
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Good communication and content writing skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong willingness to learn new marketing trends and strategies.
- Excellent teamwork and coordination skills.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
