The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business environment is also a key part of daily activities.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document and communicate business processes and workflows clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of business solutions by liaising between business and technical teams.
- Assist in identifying risks and opportunities within business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
