Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition at plant.
- Managing MPR & position code for replacement/ new positions in discussion with hiring Managers, interviewing candidates to check competency levels and fitment in organization.
- Responsible for background verification of new hires.
- Responsible for issuance offer & appointment letters.
- End to end responsibility of HR business partner for various functions to extend necessary support to assigned functions.
- Extensive support for timely closure of goal setting exercise, midyear & annual appraisal for employees.
- Extensive support to new joiners for submission of onboarding in One HR portal.
- Responsible for creating employee profile in One HR.
- Ensure Implementation of action plan & new projects from corporate related to HR Plant level.
- Extensive support for organization development Initiatives.
- Support in Learning & development – Leadership Behaviour Training.
- Fun at work activities organized to make the workplace more vibrant, festival celebrations like Holi, indoor games, outdoor games etc.
