We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Telesales Executives who can connect with retailers, dealers, and wholesale buyers to expand the reach of the Navhome brand. Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to potential retailers, dealers, and wholesale customers.
● Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
● Present and explain Navhome’s furniture products and offerings.
● Convert leads into sales opportunities and achieve monthly targets.
● Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
● Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
● Work closely with the team to help grow and establish the Navhome brand in the wholesale market.
Requirements
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales is preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome).
● Ability to build relationships and handle customer objections effectively.
● Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
● Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
● Fluency in Hindi and English; additional regional languages will be a plus
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
