We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with 15–20 years of experience to lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance, managing employee relations, and driving organizational development initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational objectives.
- Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and retention.
- Manage workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Labour Laws), and HR audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and maintain updated HR policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and career development programs.
- Drive employee engagement activities, training, and organizational development initiatives.
- Manage HR MIS, analytics, and reporting for management review.
- Guide and mentor the HR team to ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Establish strong communication channels between management and employees.
- Support organizational restructuring, change management, and business expansion activities.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR best practices and industry standards.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and operational support.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Experience & Background:
- Minimum 15–20 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Proven experience in managing HR operations in a medium/large organization.
- Experience in leading HR teams and implementing HR initiatives.
- Exposure to organizational development and strategic HR planning preferred.
