Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
Experience:
o Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
o Prior internship/academic project/hands-on experience in electronics/solar industry is a plus.
Technical Skills:
o Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
o Good understanding of Electrical/Electronic and mechanical components.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for service reporting, data analysis, and logs.
o Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for customer presentations, training decks, and reporting.
Soft Skills:
o Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
o Strong interpersonal and training skills.
o Ability to work independently and in a high-pressure environment.
o Solution-oriented with good time management and prioritization skills.
o Ethical, reliable, and Trust Worthy.
Work Environment:
o Willingness to domestic travel frequently across India.
o Willingness to stationed in remote factory site for long term
o Availability for on-call support (24/7 during scheduled duty periods).
o Compliance with cleanroom protocols and PPE usage.
o Adherence to customer-specific site rules and safety policies.
Additional Information:
- Travel Frequency: Medium (Domestic – India)
- Location Flexibility: Must be based in or willing to relocate within India
- Preferred place of residence: Jamnagar or South India (region between Chennai and Hyderabad)
- Language Requirement: Fluent English (spoken and written), other lol language is a plus.
