Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Project Manager to oversee the execution of residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site management, client coordination, team supervision, and ensuring projects are completed on time while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of residential interior projects.
- Study work orders, drawings, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and installation teams.
- Verify site measurements before installation.
- Ensure materials delivered to the site match the approved work order.
- Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
- Resolve site-related issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Track project timelines and submit regular progress reports.
- Facilitate collection of part payments and final payments as per project milestones.
- Conduct project handover and obtain customer satisfaction feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential interior site execution.
- Knowledge of modular interiors and site coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
