Mumbai Investment OfficeJob Summary: Equity Fund manager responsible for managing Equity Funds/portfolio for the company
Manage Equity Portfolios, Inputs to CIO in making investment decisions, portfolio construction, investment strategy and managing overall governance for investment function.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing equity portfolio
Developing portfolio strategies (Duration and ALM) for both Traditional and Unit Linked funds
Monitoring macro economic developments both domestic global, market environment and formulating strategies
Actively involved in product pricing and formulating assumptions for new products and company wide business plans
Working closely with Investment committee and Board on governance for investments Monitoring regulatory developments related to investments and actively liaisoning with the regulator (IRDA)
Assisting CIO in requirements for presentations to Investment Committee, EMC, CEO
To be part of sales meets, training sessions and by provide all support to other functions.
Handling audits and ensuring adherence to both internal and regulatory guidelines at all times
Measures of Success:
Outperformance of Funds by against the benchmark
Meeting investment income target for the company
To be among first quartile among the peer sets
Contribution and coming with new ideas in Weekly review meeting / other common forums
Application of new skill sets in day to day work.
Audit Report / Feedback / Smooth implementation of new regulatory changes/Supervisor feedback
