Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales strategy and business expansion.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and increase market penetration.
- Lead and guide the sales team including ASM & Sales Executives.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Ensure strong execution of sales and branding activities in the region.
- Maintain sales reports, forecasting, and MIS updates.
