Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, or chat support.

- Record and update customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate issues when necessary to senior staff.
- Achieve performance goals such as response time and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates (any stream) are welcome — no prior experience required.
- Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing ability.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
