Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise daily construction activities and site operations.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor labor productivity and work progress.
- Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors as per project requirements.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues and escalate major concerns to the Site Engineer.
Coordination & Workforce Management
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain discipline and productivity among site workers.
- Ensure adequate manpower is available for project activities.
- Conduct daily briefings with workers regarding work assignments and safety requirements.
Quality Control
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Check materials received at site and report any discrepancies.
- Assist engineers in quality inspections and testing activities.
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented for quality-related issues.
Safety Compliance
- Enforce site safety rules and regulations.
- Ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective actions.
- Report accidents, incidents, and near misses to management.
Material & Resource Management
- Monitor material consumption and prevent wastage.
- Coordinate with the store and procurement team for material requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials and equipment.
- Maintain records of material usage and site resources.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily site activity reports and attendance records.
- Record work progress and submit reports to the Site Engineer.
- Maintain records of labor deployment, material receipt, and equipment utilization.
- Assist in preparing work completion reports and site documentation.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Higher Secondary education with relevant construction experience may also be considered.
Experience:
- 3–8 years of experience in building, residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
- Familiarity with MS Office and site reporting.
Soft Skills:
- Leadership and team management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Time management and organizational skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely completion of assigned site activities.
- Compliance with quality and safety standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
