Job description:
Experience Required:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior furniture and fit-out production. Candidates with experience in factory operations and modular furniture manufacturing will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive production drawings and work instructions from the Production Manager/Project Manager.
- Study drawings, specifications, measurements, and production requirements before commencing work.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Interior Designer, and Production Manager to clarify technical details whenever required.
- Supervise factory workers and carpenters, assigning daily production tasks and ensuring work is completed as per schedule.
- Ensure production is carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor production progress and update the Production Manager on the daily status.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage during the production process.
- Report material shortages or production issues to the Production Manager and Purchase Department in advance.
- Conduct routine quality inspections during production and rectify defects before dispatch.
- Ensure all finished products are properly packed, labeled, and protected before transportation.
- Supervise the handling, storage, and movement of materials and finished products within the factory.
- Ensure all hardware, fittings, and furniture components function properly before dispatch.
- Maintain production records, daily work reports, and manpower attendance.
- Ensure factory cleanliness, safety procedures, and disciplined work practices are maintained at all times.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure timely dispatch of finished products.
- Follow company policies, production schedules, and instructions issued by the Production Manager and Factory Manager.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
