Job description
Ø Take Stock details, Implement Opening and Closing Check List.
Ø Ensure Stock availability and Manpower and Indent accordingly for the Next day, Next week.
Ø Ensure Cleanliness - Store, Floors, Furniture’s, Display counters, Equipment’s and Instruments.
Ø Check and Switch On all Equipment’s and Machineries, report for non-functioning of above and get it repaired.
Ø Need to do Shift Briefing for the Team and given Targets, Product of the Day.
Ø Ensure there are no expiry products.
Ø Ensure proper operations of Billing Machine, EDC, Payment systems.
Ø Hand over shift to next shift in charge after completing all the formalities.
Ø Train Team members in the following areas and implement SOP in the store.
Ø Display of Food products in Display counter in presentable fashion.
Ø Ensure Serving of Beverages and Food products only after receiving the Bill and in fast manner (No Customer waiting).
Ø Keep the Instruments, Vessels and Store – Spic n Span and in Hygiene Conditions.
Ø Ensure Team members Wear –Uniform, Apron, Shoes, Caps, Gloves.
Ø Need to be neatly Groomed and Presentable, trained to greet Customers.
Ø Maintain proper SOP Standard, Health, Integrity, Timings, Discipline and presentable.
