Job Summary
The Billing Executive is responsible for preparing accurate invoices, maintaining billing records, coordinating with the sales and warehouse teams, and ensuring timely and error-free billing. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in ERP systems, and the ability to handle customer billing queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate customer invoices, tax invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Verify sales orders, purchase orders, and dispatch details before billing.
- Ensure GST compliance and accuracy in invoicing.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain daily billing records and invoice registers.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries promptly.
- Update billing information in the ERP/accounting software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
- Ensure all invoices are processed within defined timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in reconciliation of invoices and payments when required.
- Follow company billing policies and statutory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of GST billing and taxation.
- Proficiency in ERP software (Tally, SAP, Busy, Zoho, or similar).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a trading, distribution, or manufacturing company.
- Familiarity with inventory and dispatch processes.
- Understanding of accounting principles and documentation.

Working Conditions
- Office-based role.
- Coordination with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounts teams.
- May require additional working hours during month-end closing or peak business periods.
Pay: ₹10,019.13 - ₹30,000.00 per month
