Job Description
Amrita Online is looking for a motivated and student-centric Batch Advisor to support students enrolled in the Online BBA program.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in student engagement, academic coordination, retention, and administrative support, ensuring a seamless learning experience from enrollment to program completion.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with students from the commencement to completion of the degree
Follow-up and support the students to complete the assigned tasks of the students
Solving students queries and problems
Follow up with the faculties and Tas on course related work
Make the students to retain and complete the degree without dropout
Complete the assigned administrative tasks.
