Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with customers by providing timely support, handling inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Follow up with customers after vehicle sales and service.
- Schedule service appointments and remind customers of upcoming services.
- Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the concerned department.
- Conduct customer satisfaction (CSI) follow-up calls and maintain records.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure prompt customer support.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer follow-up reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company's standards and values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Experience
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role are preferred.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
