Job Title: Production & Quality Engineer
Location: Greater Noida
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Production & Quality Engineer who will manage day-to-day production planning, ensure timely dispatches, and maintain strict quality control across all fabrication processes. The role requires strong coordination between design, production, and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
- Plan and schedule daily production activities
- Coordinate with:
- Design team for drawings
- Purchase for material availability
- Shop floor team for execution
- Monitor progress across:
- CNC Laser Cutting
- CNC Bending
- Welding (TIG/MIG)
- Powder Coating
- Ensure on-time delivery of all orders
- Optimize manpower and machine utilization
Quality Control:
- Inspect incoming raw materials (MS, SS, GI sheets, etc.)
- Perform in-process and final inspections
- Ensure adherence to drawings, tolerances, and finish standards
- Identify defects and implement corrective actions
- Maintain quality records and reports
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain:
- Production reports
- Dispatch records
- Quality checklists
- Prepare daily production & dispatch MIS
- Coordinate with clients for approvals (if required)
Process Improvement:
- Suggest improvements in fabrication processes
- Reduce rework and rejection
- Improve productivity and efficiency
Skills & Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 2–5 years (Fabrication / Sheet Metal industry preferred)
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of:
- Sheet metal fabrication processes
- Welding basics (TIG/MIG)
- CNC Laser & Bending operations
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometre, etc.)
Software:
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks (preferred)
- Excel for reporting and tracking

- Ability to handle shop floor pressure
- Attention to detail
Additional Advantage:
- Experience in:
- Facade / architectural metal work
- Industrial fabrication

Salary:
As per experience (competitive for the right candidate)
Working Hours:
As per company norms (6 days working)
