Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for store staff, supervisors, cluster managers, kitchen staff, and corporate roles.
- Create and publish job advertisements on job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and hiring costs.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage joining formalities, contracts, bank account collection, and employee documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Employee Engagement & Performance
- Conduct employee orientation and company briefings.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Organize engagement activities to improve employee morale and retention.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Manage leave approvals, leave balances, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure accurate employee data for payroll processing.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs across stores and departments.
- Coordinate skill development and leadership training programs.
- Support career progression and succession planning initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, QSR, or food service industries.
- Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
