Architectural Design & Planning
Lead the architectural design and development of pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, API facilities, formulation units, R&D laboratories, cleanrooms, warehouses, and utility buildings.
Prepare conceptual, schematic, detailed design, and construction drawings.
Develop efficient facility layouts ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, WHO, and international pharmaceutical standards.
Optimize space planning, workflow, material movement, personnel flow, and contamination control measures.
Project Management & Coordination
Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, contractors, and engineering teams.
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and budget requirements.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure facility designs comply with GMP, WHO-GMP, USFDA, MHRA, EU GMP, Schedule M, and other applicable regulations.
Integrate cleanroom classifications, HVAC requirements, environmental controls, and validation requirements into project designs.
Support regulatory inspections and audits related to facility design and compliance.
Technical Review & Documentation
Prepare architectural specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and design reports.
Review contractor drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
Conduct site inspections and ensure design compliance during execution.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Mentor junior architects and design teams.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Provide innovative and cost-effective design solutions while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vikroli, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
