Role Overview:
Responsible for driving sales, building new client relationships, and supporting marketing activities to increase market share and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and references.
- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients; handle inquiries and negotiations.
- Market Research: Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to share insights with management.
- Reporting: Maintain CRM, prepare daily sales reports, and forecast demand.
Required Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional.
- MBA/BBA in Marketing preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
