Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and effective sales execution. This role is open to both freshers and experienced professionals with up to 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM/tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
