Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop detailed project schedules using project management software.
- Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project timelines.
- Define project milestones, critical paths, and activity sequencing.
- Prepare short-term, medium-term, and long-term construction plans.
Progress Monitoring & Control
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
- Track actual progress and identify schedule deviations.
- Analyze delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Update project schedules regularly and issue revised programs when required.
- Monitor critical activities and project milestones.
Resource Planning
- Plan manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams to optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor resource productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare resource loading and allocation plans.
Project Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Generate dashboards, MIS reports, and project performance summaries.
- Present schedule updates and progress status to management.
- Maintain project planning records and documentation.
Risk Analysis & Recovery Planning
- Identify project risks that may impact timelines.
- Conduct schedule impact analysis and delay assessments.
- Develop recovery plans and acceleration strategies when required.
- Support mitigation measures for project delays.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Contracts, and Consultants.
- Ensure alignment between project schedules and site execution activities.
- Participate in project review meetings and planning discussions.
- Monitor procurement and material delivery schedules.
Project Controls
- Monitor project performance against approved plans.
- Track key project metrics and productivity indicators.
- Support cost control and budget monitoring activities.
- Assist in forecasting project completion dates and resource requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Certification in Project Management or Primavera is preferred.
Experience
- 3–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or high-rise projects.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
