About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BU Head - Networking & Security to lead our businessunit focused on Networking and Security solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware sales within the system integration industry and possess proven leadership capabilities to drive business growth and manage operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Networking & Security business unit to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share in Networking and Security hardware sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners to maximize business opportunities.
