Required:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory; coordinate with vendors when needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
- Support office boy tasks.
- Prepare reports, letters, and basic documentation as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics for staff.
- Manage office maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
- Organize office events, meetings, and internal communication activities.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Assist in basic finance tasks like invoice tracking and petty cash management.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
