Compensation
CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹4.5 LPA
Qualification
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Graduate from a recognized university.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Digital Agency Channel, Life Insurance, General Insurance, or Health Insurance.
- Candidates with sales experience in non-insurance companies may also be considered.
- Experience in building a territory from scratch will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve GWP (Gross Written Premium) targets for the assigned territory.
- Recruit new agents as per company guidelines.
- Activate and develop existing agents.
- Ensure training of agents as per business requirements.
- Maintain business hygiene standards and compliance.
- Drive business across diverse product lines.
- Motivate agents and build long-term relationships with them.
- Monitor competition and market developments.
- Conduct performance reviews of agents and take appropriate action.
