Job Responsibilities:
1. Operate CNC bending machines for sheet metal and fabrication work.
2. Read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and bending specifications.
3. Set up machine parameters according to production requirements.
4. Perform bending operations with accuracy and maintain quality standards.
5. Check dimensions using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, gauges, and measuring tape.
6. Load and unload raw materials safely.
7. Monitor machine performance and report any technical issues or breakdowns.
8. Ensure minimum material wastage during production.
Follow company safety procedures and production targets.
Required Skills:
1. Complete Knowledge of CNC bending machine operation.
2. Ability to read technical drawings.
3. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication process.
4. Good attention to detail and accuracy.\
