Qualification
- ITI (Fitter / Turner / Welder / Mechanical) OR
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- No high academic qualification required
Experience
- 1–5 years experience in CNC Laser/ Profile Cutting preferred
- ITI candidates with shop‑floor exposure can be trained
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Laser Cutting Machine safely and efficiently
- CNC Laser Cutting Machine operation exposure on Trumpf
- Load and unload metal sheets / plates
- Set up jobs as per:
- Drawing
- CNC program
- Cutting parameters
- Monitor cutting quality and make basic adjustments
- Ensure:
- Correct dimensions
- Clean cuts
- Minimum material wastage
- Coordinate with design / drafting team for drawing clarification
- Perform basic machine cleaning and daily maintenance
- Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements
Skills Required
- Ability to read AutoCAD / fabrication drawings
- Basic knowledge of:
- Mild steel / SS plates
- Thickness selection
- Cutting sequence
- Understanding of CNC machine basics
- Basic troubleshooting ability
- Physically fit for shop‑floor work
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
