We are looking for a Performance / Growth Marketer who thinks beyond running ads and takes ownership of measurable business growth.
ROLE
Own Zookout’s performance marketing engine across:
* Customer acquisition
* App installs
* Registrations
* Transactions
* Revenue
You will turn marketing budgets into measurable growth through:
Test → Learn → Optimize → Scale → Repeat
You will work closely with founders, product, creative, content and business-development teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Plan, launch and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube and relevant channels.
* Drive app installs, registrations, customer acquisition and transactions.
* Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion.
* Own and improve CAC, CPI, CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS and LTV.
* Develop audience segmentation, retargeting and re-engagement strategies.
* Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, copy, landing pages and offers.
* Identify winning campaigns and scale them efficiently.
* Work with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
* Analyse customer behaviour and identify growth opportunities.
* Track performance using GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Firebase and analytics tools.
* Build weekly/monthly performance dashboards and reports.
* Monitor competitors and identify new acquisition opportunities.
* Experiment with new channels, partnerships and unconventional growth tactics.
* Work with the product team to improve conversion throughout the customer journey.

Experience: 1–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Startup experience: Strong advantage
Location: Mumbai – WeWork, Andheri East
Work Type: Full-time, On-site
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Compensation: Fixed salary + performance incentives, based on experience and demonstrated capability.
