A Business Development Manager (BDM) , This role drives Franchise outlet business, in motor insurance, manages Fresh ,renewal, retention, and train sales team, and leads a team of calling agents.
Education: Any UG / MBA Marketing
Experience: 4- 7 years
Preferred Candidates Background: Edutech / Telcom / DSA (Loans, Credit Cards, Mutual funds, etc) / IT / BPO (Outbound sales).
Core Responsibilities:
1. Visiting branches / outlets to check on overall performance.
2.Training the team to improve their sales skills and performance.
(Responsible for PIP and Retention)
3.Leading an outbound Customer service team of 75 to 100 callers.
4.Monitoring daily call metrics and improving the sales conversion ratio.
5. Training the team to improve their sales skills and performance.
6. Handling the local SMEs and POSPs to drive sales and generate revenue for partner locations.
